Depending on how you use VisaAssist, we may process account details (such as email), interview audio and transcripts, session metadata, readiness survey answers, document checklist selections, billing/credit records, and basic technical logs needed to run the product securely.
2. How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, run mock interviews, generate reports, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Processors we rely on
To deliver the service we use infrastructure and AI providers (for example database hosting, authentication, speech recognition, text-to-speech, and language models). Those providers process data only as needed to operate VisaAssist.
4. Retention
We retain account and session data for as long as needed to provide the product, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting support.
5. Your choices
You can stop using the service at any time. Where authentication providers allow it, you can also manage connected login methods through your identity provider account.
