1. What VisaAssist is
VisaAssist helps you prepare for visa interviews with mock sessions, document checklists, and related tools. We are an independent preparation product — not a law firm, visa agency, embassy, or government service.
2. Results and guidance
Feedback, scores, and checklists are tools to help you prepare. Real visa decisions are made only by embassies and consulates. Always use official government sources for application requirements.
3. Accounts and credits
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Interview credits and paid plans are subject to the pricing shown at purchase time. Unused credits are not a cash balance and may be non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt sessions, scrape content at scale, or use VisaAssist to misrepresent yourself to any government authority. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.
5. Voice and AI processing
Mock interviews process audio and transcripts through our systems and third-party providers (for example speech-to-text and language models) to run the session and generate feedback. By starting a session you consent to that processing for the purpose of providing the service.
